My story so far
So, What's My Story?
My approach to UX and Service Design is fundamentally shaped by the adaptability learned moving between Poland and the UK at 18. Witnessing different, yet equally valid, ways of tackling challenges taught me that there's rarely a single 'right' answer. It ingrained a real flexibility into my thinking and a drive to find solutions that actually fit the context, not just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Combining this understanding with my background in Business & Marketing and my MA in UX & Service Design, I focus on designing solutions that that are not only innovative and user-centred but also strategically viable across all touchpoints and effective in achieving specific business goals.
